A simple exercise to help you reconnect with your project and find clarity to move forward

Do you have a big idea or project that you dream of?
Maybe you already started, but are stuck in the middle? Maybe you don’t know where to start?

I love having ideas to follow, but the hard side of it seems often to do the first step, then the follow through and finishing line.
I already started so many projects and ideas, some of them just were not good enough to follow through, but most often it wasn’t at all about the quality of the idea or project and all about my own worth and value.

My own doubt, my thoughts and finally my self worth were what hold me back more then any excuse I found.

The process went often in a way that I thought to have the most beautiful idea. I envisioned it how it would be, when I would have build it. I thought about my life in the future, often I never got around the first step and with very few things I actually crossed the finishing line.
Some projects crossed the finishing line, but then never got shared.

The things that were holding me back were, self doubt, the feeling of not being enough, comparison, fear of being seen and perfectionism.
Every project you start, every idea you map out to follow through and every goal you want to reach. These feelings come up, after all we are all human.

Finding a way to reconnect with your vision helps you to come back on track, move through doubtful times and find your way back to clarity.
Learning to readjust your course with tuning in how you want to feel and in which way this project or idea helps you to feel this way.

create your ideal day define your lifestyl

Knowing the cause of what we do and it’s deeper purpose is the driving force behind every successful idea.

I am in the process of writing a book about soulful and authentic branding and business building for spiritual business owners that want to build a holistic business on the foundation of what they love doing and their strengths.
This project started with full enthusiasm, until my self talk started to grow.
Doesn’t there exist already so many books on this? Is the content really good enough to share? What if nobody likes it?
Lot’s of feelings of unworthiness and fear were suddenly ruling my thoughts. Holding me stuck and uninspired in the process of creation. I tried to beat the resistance through showing up, but I just wasn’t able to make progress that was fulfilling.

Thinking about a solution how I could move through the fog I came up with this simple and very effective exercise, that took me only about half an hour and helped me really to get back to a point of inspiration and creation.

Take a journal and pen and really list out every reason that comes to your mind that makes your idea worth birthing into life.

Redefining the why of your project makes all the difference in your motivation and really is the invisible engine behind creating something of value that we believe into.

What is the one project or idea you have close to your heart and would love to follow through?
Start to list out all the things that make it worth creating it right now, so you can come back and reconnect with your vision that drives you and always add more reasons that help you follow and manifest your dreams.

Thank you so much for sharing this! It’s helped me a lot. As for your book, i’ve not seen a book like it and I’m already itching to read it. Soon as you’ve finished i’d be the first in line to buy it, your words hold so much and really resonate with me. I can’t wait for more. Thank you.
